Why do people often fail while attempting to diet?
There are a number of factors in why people often have no
luck following a diet plan. Even the most expensive plans that are
celebrity endorsed often have a high failure rate. Some of the reasons

problem is that the human body has a defense mechanism for this. If
the body feels a sudden fall of caloric intake, it will slow down the
metabolism and burn less calories to preserve what it does take in. It
is almost like an animal going into hibernation. The animal’s body
knows that there is no food available so it starts to "store" what it
does take in. The same principal happens in dieting.
